Automation of month-end debit orders

Our clients will have the ability to use the first ever electronic mandate solution in South Africa, where customers are able to sign the debit order mandates digitally to give the company permission to debit their accounts. The mandate is then stored in PDF file and sent to both the user as well as their customer.

Direct Debit provides clients with a direct debit order facility at the bank, where the user’s clients can see which company is debiting their accounts and will be able to contact the specific company directly if they have any queries regarding debit orders that went off their account. We cut out the middleman.

Our debit order collection system is also fully integrated with an online invoicing and billing system called SnapBill, where you are able to automate the sending of a fully customisable invoice, add customers to the specific month’s debit order run and as soon as the results of the debit order transactions are returned, the system automatically marks the client as paid, unpaid or suspends the account if a client disputes the transaction.

After the debit orders were processed and reconciled, the system allows you to send out updated monthly statements as well as past due warnings should your clients have failed to make payment.
